Salted East Side Rickey

This super refreshing highball goes down like a cool salty sea breeze on a hot summer day.

Ingredients

2oz Fundy Gin

.75oz Lime Juice

.75oz Miele

4 Cucumber Slices

4 Mint Leaves

Sea Salt

Directions

Add all ingredients, including a pinch of sea salt, into a shaker with four ice cubes, shake, strain into a highball or tall glass with ice and top off with 1-1.5oz club soda or sparkling water. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a generous amount of mint springs poking through the cucumber wheel.
