Ingredients
2 oz Fundy Gin
Grapefruit Juice, freshly squeezed, to top
Dash of Salt
Dash of Sugar
Garnish: Grapefruit slice or lime wheel
Directions
Fill a rocks glass with ice, then add all ingredients and stir gently. For a nice variation, add in additional freshly squeezed citrus fruits like a tangerine or Meyer lemon. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or lime wheel.
