Fundy Greyhound

A two-part classic you can make as quick as the greyhound pup itself. The soft and salty aromatics of the Fundy pair perfectly with freshly squeezed citrus.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Fundy Gin

  • Grapefruit Juice, freshly squeezed, to top

  • Dash of Salt

  • Dash of Sugar

  • Garnish: Grapefruit slice or lime wheel

Directions

Fill a rocks glass with ice, then add all ingredients and stir gently. For a nice variation, add in additional freshly squeezed citrus fruits like a tangerine or Meyer lemon. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or lime wheel.
