MIELE
Queen of all Italian liqueurs, amaretto is elegant, sumptuous and brilliant. Miele, coming from Iberville, is the first amaretto to use honey, and not any honey - local organic sweet sweet Canadian honey.
On the nose, sweet honey and nutty almond and sesame come together for notes reminiscent of biscotti and honey cake. Luscious textures of honey and toasted sesame warm the palate complimented by gentle chamomile and ginger offering a delicate freshness.
