Fundy Gin Cocktail Competition Winner, 2022
Ingredients
.5 oz Toasted Sugar Dulse Simple
.5 oz Aquafaba
1 oz Clarified Dulse Cream Infusion
1.5 oz Fundy Gin
1 dash Regans Orange Bitters
Directions
Combine in shaker. Whip shake with a small amount of ice. Strain into coup. Garnish with dried powdered orange peel.
