CORPSE REVIVER

A tart and boozy pre-Prohibition drink with a maritime twist, intended to kickstart an evening.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounce Fundy Gin

  • 3/4 ounce Lillet blanc

  • 3/4 ounce Orange Liqueur (try Famille Migneron’s Verviene!)

  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • Absinthe Rinse

Directions

Add a dash of absinthe to a chilled cocktail glass. Roll around to coat and discard excess. Combine remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake until chilled. Double strain into prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
